Vintage heart pendant, c. 1980-90s, 925 sterling silver, interchangeable garnet and white topaz together in a set. Width 17 mm, length 17.7 mm for heart; width 7.6mm, length 10.7mm for garnet and white topaz, does not include necklace chain. Can be used as a charm.
